Yes, you can place an order without physically visiting Primuss Furniture factory in Java, Indonesia. You are not the only one. Some of our customers did it too and work well so far and place for more containers or repeat orders.

Can you tell me about third parties who can provide references about your company?

Yes, you will get it. Contact us for further details via email or WhatsApp.

How much money for a fully loaded container?

The amount of money in one 40'HC container depends on how much furniture is loaded, usually between USD 5.000 to 15.000.

How can I choose / place an order your furniture or handicrafts when they are not fully displayed on website page?

Our website is a portfolio only, so we only display a portion of our furniture products. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp message, and we'll send you a list.

Will you help customer to find the local handling service, shipper / shipping line and ocean freight rate for shipment?

Yes, of course we help you. Inform us what is the name of your Port Of Destination (POD) and our team will give you the best rate for your shipment.

Can I order furniture/handicrafts based on my photos, drawings or collections?

Yes, you can. Just for your information, most of the orders we work on are actually made based on that kind of working method.

What material do you use?

Rattan, teak, mahogany and mindi wood, natural fiber, synthetic fiber and metal.

What is the payment terms?

40% down payment before production. Goods/documents will be sent when the remaining payment has been paid in full. The payment could be made in USD, IDR or your own currency preferred.

What product type do you produce?

We've produced all kinds of furniture, but most of our orders have been for dining chairs, armchairs, stools, baskets, and sofas. But again, we've made all kinds of furniture, especially for indoor use.

Do you show price list on website?

No. We will give separately based on your request.

What is the minimum order?

Flexible. Call us or write a message by email or WhatsApp.

How is the packing?

We use single face paper, single or doubel wall, single foam, wrapping paper and corrugated paper - depend on customer's request and need.

Do you provide cushion?

Yes, we do.

Buying Handicraft - FAQ

What handicrafts can you buy for me?

We have over 30 different handicraft suppliers ready to assist you. We offer a wide variety of craft materials and products. We can supply lamps, woven rugs, cutting boards, lava stone sculptures, primitive carvings, stone relief, terracotta vases, outdoor umbrella, brass copper collections, and more.

Why I should pay in a full payment for buying handicraft?

Since the handicraft supplier is a second party, they are only willing to have their goods picked up and sent to our warehouse after payment is received in full.

What percentage of commission is for you?

Our commission is only 10%. So please buy the handicrafts and let us help you select trusted suppliers, ship them to our warehouse in Java, store them securely, load them into containers, and create the shipping documents.

Can you help and accompany me shopping for handicraft?

Yes, we can. Please contact us first and all accommodation is covered by you.

What else do I have to pay?

Another cost is local trucking from the supplier to our warehouse in Solo, Central Java. Don't worry, we have experienced partners who offer reasonable prices. And repacking cost, if needed.

What is the payment mechanism for handicraft purchases?

Customers pay a down payment for handicraft purchases through Primuss Furniture's account. Primuss Furniture then distributes the down payment to all sub-suppliers. The payment process for final payment will also be similar. This mechanism has been in place since 2004.

Where will the purchased handicrafts be stored and where will the containers be shipped from?

The purchased handicrafts will be shipped and stored at Primuss Furniture's warehouse in Solo, Central Java. Each container will depart from Primuss Furniture to the Tanjung Mas container port in Semarang, Central Java.
